Just head to the Order Form page and submit your order within the available event drops. If you need bread for a date not listed, a custom flavor, or a large/event order, please email paige@zshush.com and we’ll be happy to create a custom invoice for you.

All orders require at least 2 days notice. This gives our sourdough the time it needs to ferment properly. Orders placed without this lead time may not be fulfilled. If you’re in a pinch, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate when we can.

We’re based in South Barrington, Illinois, near the Arboretum. Our pick-up location is nearby, and we’ll share the exact address with you after you place your order. At this time we do not ship bakery orders.

Yes! For a limited time we’re currently offering $5 delivery for all Barrington residents. 

Yes — we operate under a Cottage Food License and always follow food safety guidelines to ensure everything is baked safely and handled properly.

Our classic sourdough is made with just three simple ingredients: bread flour, water, and salt. That’s it — no preservatives, no additives, just real, honest bread. Every loaf includes a clear ingredient label with full allergy information. If you have an allergy or food sensitivity, please let us know when placing your order. 

Yes! Paige is a seasoned baker who loves creating custom cookies, cakes, specialty breads, and all kinds of baked goods. Keep an eye out — there’s more deliciousness on the way!
